Late ejaculation means that the man cannot come or has difficulty coming. Contrary to the literature, I have found that ejaculation that occurs slowly or not at all is common. The man cannot ejaculate, or only after 1.5-2 hours.
Late ejaculation, difficult ejaculation is not a problem, and in fact it is quite pleasant if the partners consider it so. That's what tantric sex is about, which I personally find healthy.

But for those who are bothered by slow or no ejaculation, the psychological reasons need to be clarified with the help of a sexologist. Someone who is absolutely unable to come, except alone, is probably inhibited, unable to dissolve, partly for religious-educational reasons . Another common cause is guilt - which is subconscious, so cannot be identified. In some cases, it is caused by female expectation: the more a woman expects her partner to come, the less the man is able to.
(The same can be said of erections.)
This can be helped.
Dr Ferenc Szabó writes:
Late ejaculation, ejaculation that is difficult to achieve, is a relatively rare condition. The incidence is around 4%. The causes can include several things:
1. Reduced penile sensitivity, reduced function of the muscles responsible for ejaculation, "auto sexual orientation".
2. The consequences of various urological operations e.g. prostate and bladder neck surgery.
3. Neurological causes: diabetes-induced neuropathy, geriatric diseases, radical prostate surgery, abdominal vascular surgery.
4. Hormonal abnormalities: diabetes, hypothyroidism.
5.Medications: alpha blockers, tranquilizers, antidepressants, morphine derivatives, central nervous system analgesics.
6. Ageing: testosterone levels decrease, erection strength and orgasm intensity also decrease. Reduced sensitivity of the nerves.
