Tibor's feedback on the PoP Potency Program©-with specifics - Part 2
Tibor was one of the first to buy PoP© in early 2021, even though he was extremely sceptical about it. He did not think it would work for him. Since then, he has been one of its most enthusiastic followers. In the interview, he gives specific details. (The text is a transcript of the live interview.)

The PoPhighlights classic masculine values
Martina: Have you noticed that you feel more masculine, more confident in other areas of your life, or is it limited to the bed?
Tibor: Yes. They go hand in hand, I think. In fact, the two have a very big interaction. And I think that that through PoP© we come to follow more classical, masculine patterns in all aspects of life, it also affects our sexual behaviour. And vice versa, the two are a mutually reinforcing process. Normally, that's how I see it. And it can be spoiled anyway. By not paying attention, or not paying attention to sexual outcomes, and also by not behaving that way in normal life. So that's important. PoP© is basically trying to point out what are the right or good masculine behaviours and forms, which are otherwise classical values. And they make me effective as a man. Not only in bed, but also in other areas of life. They also give me a grip. I think, whether it's how to behave with others, envy, taking in good or bad energy, or nutrition. There are so many aspects to it. And it has implications in the area of sexuality. If we follow a pattern and adopt a behaviour that is masculine. It also builds self-confidence. It affects sexual behaviour, performance in bed and vice versa.
I got into a flow
Tibor: It's a good flow that you can get into if you follow these tips, these life management things. I'm not an expert on the subject, but yes, it's a type of flow that absolutely influences behaviour in a positive direction. But that if you're talking about sexuality, it's also good to do PoP©, or after you've gone through PoP© but you keep the elements of PoP©, that there are elements of PoP© that are specifically focused on sexuality. And there are elements that are not, but are a completely different framework for life. But it does have quite a few themes that focus on sexual behaviour or sexuality. Or the penis, the treatment of the penis. And those themes are constantly central, or keep sexuality in focus. So during the time that we're doing PoP©, or if we've incorporated it into our lives, it's ongoing. And it has the good effect that what we talk about or think about becomes more a part of our lives. So automatically, just by talking about it or paying attention to it, our sexuality, our sexual interest, is stimulated. And that in itself has or can have a little bit of a good effect on our sex life.
I noticed the change after 15-20 days
Tibor: I think after the first 15-20 days I already felt the change. Although I wasn't at the end of the programme then. But I don't want to shoot the joke. Or rather, I don't want to go into the details of PoP© necessarily. But there is already an element of PoP© in the first lessons, which is a physical exercise that automatically creates a tingling sensation in the body and around the penis itself, which is in itself a new experience for the body. That in itself is enough to stimulate the sexual interest of any man. At least it certainly does for me, but I've seen other people report that as well. I saw it on the forum, I read about it on the PoP© users forum.
I am grateful for PoP©! These exercises have helped me the most
Tibor: On the one hand, I'm really grateful, that's my first thought. On the other hand, I think that PoP© is not only worth doing once, but several times, e.g. the philosophies and certain practices of PoP©. So there are some things that I think you can learn from PoP© just once and then you remember it and then you know it. And to take that on board, and to embrace those types of lessons, those types of writings, those types of approaches in general. For example, about women, or about penis, or about envy, that's enough to learn once. And once we accept it and it becomes part of our life, then we don't have to deal with it anymore, because then it's us, it's our attitude. However, there are daily practices, things and advice in PoP© that are worth practicing continuously. On the one hand, because it is healthy and good, and on the other hand, it is necessary to maintain good sexuality, or at least it is useful anyway.
In PoP©, there are types of penis exercises, intimate gymnastics exercises, normal gymnastics exercises, certain types of leg lifts and gymnastics exercises that are very good for the circulation of blood and move the types of muscles and areas of the body that we don't normally use. And what I see, and what I have found, is that these should not be stopped even after we have done the thirty-two lessons and topics of PoP©, but should be made part of our lives.
If we could only heed this one teaching...
Tibor: And how negative envy can be. There's a main message in this lesson that tells us what we need to do to make sure that the things we envy don't move away from us, but come to us. And since I've done PoP©, and I've not only read this, this teaching, I think I've accepted it. I've accepted it because it's not only in the PoP© in the sexual field, but I see the confirmation of it elsewhere. It is a very important spiritual law. If this alone were the essence of PoP©, I think we would be better people. And we would be more successful people. It is very important, so the two go together. So that's what I would emphasise the most, but in addition to that, there are many other subjects in PoP© that are useful for any man. As I mentioned, knowing women, loving your own body, loving and handling your penis. These are all things that you can we may not pay attention to in the day-to-day, in the fast-paced world. And these things all take their toll..
