Trauma

Traumák a múltból,

amik megakadályozzák a normális kapcsolat kialakítását, fenntartását, és vaginizmust ill. más problémákat okozhatnak

Trauma: erős megrázkódtatással járó élmény.

Sexual trauma:

Rape or sexual assault: Whether the act is completed or abandoned, it causes serious disturbances in sexual life. Unprocessed, untreated rape/molestation can cause the following:

  • total abstinence from sex, asexuality
  • homosexuality, lesbianism
  • hyposexuality, lack of libido
  • self-doubt
  • anxiety, fear, dread
  • inability to form a relationship, etc.

Consensual rape

In addition to traditional sexual violence, there is also consensual rape. What do I mean by this? This is so-called consensual rape. It typically occurs in a couple relationship and is repeated. It is where the woman does not want the man to come near her, but allows him to. She feels bad all the time during intercourse. In this case, the woman has actually committed rape against her own body. The rape is consensual, consensual, and even if it is not wild and rough, it is still rape, but of course the more violent the penetration, the more it resembles classic rape. Consensual rape happens to a lot of women, the consequence is a woman's disgust, even hatred, of herself, of men and sex.

Trauma must be dealt with, with appropriate, professional help.

From 2023 I will no longer undertake rape-related therapies.

2. Unpleasant memory of first sexual relationship(s). Even if a sexual relationship is consensual, the inexperienced, inhibited boy may not be able to erect his penis. If this is not handled well then and there, they stop practising, the girl mocks the boy, leaves him, it remains as a trauma in the psyche and can cause erectile dysfunction later.

According to Freud, trauma is an emotional shock with which the individual cannot cope, becomes helpless, and thus causes disturbances in the individual's sense of reality and psychological well-being. The processing of trauma is important for healthy personality development, leading to a stronger self, better coping strategies and higher stress tolerance.

Collective trauma: trauma can be experienced not only by individuals but also by groups. This is when we talk about collective trauma. Collective trauma is characterised by the fact that the emotional reactions it provokes do not require personal experience," says the psychoblog. Katalin Orosz, a clinical psychologist and transpersonal sexologist, said in an interview with Magyar Nemzet that it is becoming increasingly important to understand that our own lives are influenced by what happened in our own families in the past decades, or even centuries.
